We need your help

As we know Decree 113/2015 that regulates Holiday Rentals in private housing excludes such activity in all of the tourist areas of our islands. Nor is it clear that this activity can be carried out in lands zoned as rustic. That is, the regulation has made it impossible for more than 90% of Holiday Rentals in the Canaries. We are talking about thousands and thousands of homes that have not been included in the framework and therefore are subject to heavy fines (from 30,001 to 300,000 Euros). It certainly is not the time to sit back and watch our future be ruined.
To a degree, the question is not what ASCAV can do to reverse this situation, but the opposite: what can you do?
And, the fact is WE NEED YOUR HELP. It can said louder but not clearer.
If you are a member, you will know in detail everything the Team at ASCAV is doing every day to achieve a fair regulation that we desperately need to meet the reality of the situation. But now more than ever, we ask you to "push ahead" stronger than ever with us .... we are together in the same boat. And the time is now, because if our government does not change this Decree, we will be in part responsible for not having done everything possible. Your future, our future is at stake.
